松香催化加氢实验装置的研究

【摘要】 采用FYX-2G型高压釜进行松香加氢反应实验,设计了一套温度、压力测量系统,使二者既可现场读数又可远程传送,数据经计算机采集和处理,解决了现场操作的安全性和记录的快速性、准确性.改进了高压釜的搅拌器,结果表明采用推进式与浆式双层搅拌器,强化了气液固相际间的传质,在160℃,5.0MPa,搅拌转速600r/min,反应时间70min的条件下,以Pd/C为催化剂松香加氢反应的枞酸转化率达99.7%.并且在高压釜上安装了高压采样装置,实验证明该装置能够在线跟踪反应物和产物浓度随时间的变化关系.

【Abstract】 The catalytic hydrogenation of rosin was carried out in a high-pressure agitated autoclave (type FYX-2G), and a measurement system for temperature and pressure have been designed, so the temperature and pressure can not only be read on operation site, but also be transmitted remotely, the data collecting and processing can be finished by computer, and security of operation, quickness and accurate of record were obtained. The results shown that mass transfer of gas-liquid-solid phase surface was strengthened by using a blade-paddle and impulse double-deck complex stirrer, and at temperature 160℃, pressure 5.0 MPa and reaction time 70 min, the conversion of abietic-acid was up to 99.7% with Pd/C catalyst. The sampling equipment under high pressure was installed, and the experiment shown that this equipment can trace the changes of concentrations of reactants and products with reaction time on line in the course of reaction.
