【Abstract】 Agile manufacturing is a quick respond adopted by manufacturing enterprises to cope with the more and more severe competition and rapid market change. This paper briefly describes the concept of the agile manufacturing, correlative technology and method. It also summarizes the supporting environment and condition for implementing agile manufacturing.
