高掺铒硅酸盐玻璃样品净增益特性测量
Net gain characteristic of Er-doped silicate glass samples
【摘要】 实验测量了高掺铒硅酸盐玻璃样品的吸收谱、光致发光谱,计算出信号光的净增益。结果表明:随泵浦功率的增大,净增益先呈线性增加后逐渐出现饱和;对样品的掺铒浓度、泵浦功率进行了比较优化;掺铒浓度0.8at%的样品得到了最大3.9dB的净增益。
【Abstract】 Photoluminescence, absorption spectrum and signal’s net gain characteristic are measured with laser coupled tail fiber. The result indicate that net gain increase with linear in the beginning and saturation gradually later along with the increasing of the pump power. The Er-doped samples concentration and the pump power are optimized. The highest net gain 3.9dB is obtained from 0.8at.% Er-doped glass sample.
