炭膜处理含油污水的实验研究
Experimental Research on Treatment of Emulsified Oily Wastewater Using Carbon Membranes
【摘要】 在膜法处理含油废水操作过程中,维持高渗透通量、减小膜污染是提高膜利用率急需解决的问题。今对目前难以分离的油田乳化状废水,采用自制的孔径为0.6~2.5mm的单根和七根管状炭膜,用原油和水经超声波乳化而成的油水乳化液为原料,通过测定膜的除油率及渗透液含油量等参数,考察了不同孔径炭膜的除油效果,确定了适宜的分离油水用膜及相应的操作条件。实验结果表明,炭膜处理含油污水是可行的。在实验范围内,炭膜的除油率可达97%以上、渗透液含油量小于10mgL-1,可达到国家环保排放要求。在炭膜孔径为1.0祄、流体流动雷诺数为5660~10110和压差为0.1MPa条件下,操作过程具有较大的稳定渗透通量和较小的膜污染。
【Abstract】 In membrane treatment of oily wastewater, major concerns are given to obtain high filtration flux and to decrease membrane pollution. An experimental research on treatment of a representative oil-in-water emulsion was performed in this study by using self-designed single and seven tubular carbon membranes with pore diameter of 0.6~2.5祄. Effects of the transmembrane pressure difference, cross-flow velocity and pore size on the filterability were analyzed and feasible operating conditions were determined. Experimental results show that the carbon membrane is feasible to treat oily wastewater. The oil eliminating efficiency over 97% and oil concentration less than 10mgL-1 in filtration water were achieved, which can meet the requirement of national drainage control regulations. Under the conditions of the pressure difference of 0.1MPa, Reynolds number ranging from 5660 to 10110 and membrane pore size of 1.0祄, the process has a larger filtration flux and small membrane pollution.
