高视密度碳酸锰的制备工艺
Preparation of High Volume Density Manganese Carbonate
【摘要】 介绍了一种以硫酸锰和碳酸氢铵为原料 ,制备高视密度碳酸锰的技术路线和工艺方法。提出分次加入晶种、选用推进式搅拌器、罐壁安装挡板及提高反应温度等方法可大幅度提高产品的视密度 ,γ视 达 2 .3g· cm- 3。
【Abstract】 Used manganese sulfate and ammonium as material, a new process to prepare high volume density manganese carbonate was introduced. Some improved measures, such as order adding crystal seeds, select the propulsive agitator, install the buffle, and increase the reaction temperature, were taken to increase the volume density of product. The volume density of product could be up to 2.3 g/cm~3.
