α-氨基丙醇的生物合成及其在手性合成中的应用
Biosynthesis of Alaninol and its Applications in Stereoselective Synthesis
【摘要】 综述了生物法合成 α-氨基丙醇的几种途径 :还原法、水解法、转酯法及生物转化。同时 ,手性的 α-氨基丙醇已广泛地应用在不对称合成中 ,包括作为手性催化剂、合成有机金属、作为催化剂和反应试剂的手性修饰物、合成醇衍生物作为手性固定相拆分消旋化合物等等
【Abstract】 Some methods about the biosynthesis of alaninol, such as reductase-catalyzed preparation, lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis, lipase-catalyzed transesterification and biological transformation, were reviewed. Optically active alaninol had been widely used in stereoselective organic synthesis, such as chiral catalysts, the synthesis of the organometallic compounds, modifier of the catalysts and reactants, and so on.
