黄花倒水莲多糖的最佳提取工艺条件及生物活性研究

【摘要】 运用均匀设计法研究从黄花倒水莲中提取多糖的最佳工艺条件 :提取温度为 99℃ ,料液比为 1∶10 0 ,多糖的提取率最高 ,在实验范围内提取时间无影响。生物活性实验表明 :在质量浓度为 2 0 mg· L- 1时 ,黄花倒水莲粗多糖对水稻、绿豆种子的发芽率分别比对照组增长 14 %、12 %。

【Abstract】 The uniform design and statistical analysis system(SAS) were employed to study the optimum extraction conditions for the polysaccharide from polygala fallax He msl: the extraction temperature 99℃; 1:100 of polygala fallax He msl roots weight to distilled water ratio, extraction for 3 times.The optimum extraction rate of polysaccharide from polygala fallax He msl was 1.44%, extraction time had no influence from 2h to 4.5h. The result of biological activity test showed that: when the concentration was 20mg/L, the crude polysaccharide from polygala fallax He msl increased the germination rate of the seeds of oryza sativa by 14% and phaseolus aureus by 12% respectively as compared with the control.
