拉伸法制备β型聚偏二氟乙烯薄膜工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了拉伸法制备β型聚偏二氟乙烯薄膜的工艺以及在不同工艺条件下聚偏二氟乙烯薄膜的组织结构情况。结果表明:溶液淬水初始膜有较高的结晶度、良好的拉伸和电击穿性能。拉伸促使初始膜中的球晶α相向片晶β相转变,降低拉伸温度,增大拉伸比,有利于相变。α→β转变完全后进一步拉伸可促使部分非晶相向β相转变。拉伸及退火均使薄膜电击穿强度有明显提高。

【Abstract】 The processing of β PVDF films by stretching and their microstructure changes and the electrical breakdown strength were studied. The results show that original solvent films by quenching in water have higher crystallinity, stretching and electrical breakdown properties. Stretching makes α spherulitic crystallites be transformed into β lamella crystallites. Low temperature and high stretching ratio contribute to increasing the content of the transition. After α crystallites are wholly transformed, higher temperature and stretching ratio can induce some noncrystallites to be transformed into β crystallites. The electrical breakdown strength of PVDF films increases at a large scale after stretching and annealing.
