镍钛记忆合金低周疲劳研究

【摘要】 对镍钛合金进行了低周大应变疲劳试验,研究了板厚、丝径大小、表面处理工艺、热处理制度、冷热拉伸、形变角幅度、熔炼工艺等对低周疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:TiNi合金低周大变形疲劳寿命在102-104之间;板厚、丝径、形变角幅度愈小,寿命愈长;热处理制度对疲劳寿命有重大影响,采用热拉伸工艺和400-500℃回火,合金有较好综合性能;合金中杂质含量和成分组织均匀性对合金性能有着重要作用。

【Abstract】 Low cycle fatigue failure with large strain of nitinol has been tested. Influences of sheet thickness and wire diameter, surface treatment, heat treatment, cold and hot work, range of strain angle and materials from different heats have been investigated. The results show that the life of low cycle large strain fatigue N of nitinol is between 102 -104 cycles; The less the cycle strain, sheet thickness, wire diameter and range of strain angle are, the more the life of fatigue is. Heat treatment of nitinol plays important role in fatigue life. Hot tensile work and tempering at 400-500℃ in manufacturing processing will get excellent comprehensive properties.
