【摘要】 采用不同沉淀剂和超声辅助共沉淀法制备了YAG纳米粉体,对YAG前驱体进行差热分析、热重分析及红外光谱分析研究,对不同温度下煅烧粉体进行XRD分析,探讨了影响纳米粉体性能的工艺因素。结果表明:以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,通过控制溶液pH值,铝和钇元素分布均匀,在900℃煅烧2h即可。获得颗粒大小为20nm左右的纯YAG相粉体。

【Abstract】 YAG nano-sized powder was prepared by co-precipitation method with different precipitating agents .The precursor powder can transfer into YAG phase after being calcined at 900℃ for 2h, because of the uniforml distribution of Al and Y elements. DTA, TGA and IR measurements on the precursor powder obtained were performed to improve the synthesis process. XRD was performed on the powder calcined at different temperatures to investigate the effect of reaction conditions on particle size and the phase composition of the resulting product powder. The powder 20nm in diameter with pure YAG was obtained at lower temperature (900℃) using ammonium hydrogen carbonate (ACH) as precipitating agent and controlling the pH value of the solution.
