可溶石膏型制取泡沫铝的工艺研究
Technology for Making Foamed Aluminum by Soluble Plaster Mould
【摘要】 为了更好地制作泡沫铝,用泡沫聚氨酯作原模型,以灌入到其中的石膏作中间型,加热此复合体以气化掉聚氨酯得到泡沫石膏型,将铝液浇到此泡沫石膏中间型中,等铝液凝固后,再将石膏溶解,就可得到聚氨酯的复制品———泡沫铝。
【Abstract】 The article introduces a new method fomaking foamed aluminum. Plaster is poured into an original mould of foamed polyurethane as a transition mould. Heating this composite mould to gasify polyurethane to get foamed plaster. Pouring liquid aluminum into the foamed plaster mould and then dissolving plaster out of the composite after liquid aluminum is solidified. Foamed aluminum, a duplicate of foamed polyurethane, will be got.
