机械合金化制备TiB2粉末的机理研究
Mechanism Study of TiB2 Powder Fabricated by Mechanical Alloying
【摘要】 以TiO2、B2O3、Mg为原料,用机械合金化方法制备TiB2+MgO粉末。对所得粉末的结构、粒度及反应机理等进行了分析研究。结果表明:机械合金化制备TiB2和MgO混合粉末的反应机理为机械诱发自蔓延反应;球磨2h得到的混合粉末的平均粒径可达到4μm。
【Abstract】 A mixture of rutile, boron oxide and magnesium was ball-milled together with the intention of inducing a reaction to form titanium diboride. The resultant powders were examined by differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and laser particle size analysis, and the reaction mechanism were discussed. The formation mechanism is self-propagating reactive synthesis induced by mechanical alloying. The particle size of powder after milling 2h is about 4μm.
