温度对不锈钢/铝/不锈钢层状材料轧制复合行为的影响
Effect of Temperature on Rolling Bond Behaviors of Laminated Stainless Steel/Al/Stainless Steel Composites
【摘要】 研究了热轧复合不锈钢/铝/不锈钢层状材料的粘结行为,采用剥离试验、OM、SEM及EDAX等研究了坯料加热温度对界面粘结强度及特征的影响规律。结果表明:在523~773K范围内,粘结强度随着温度的升高而明显增加;温度低于523K时,铝/钢界面为机械结合状态,粘结强度低于7.8Nmm-1,剥离断口位于其初始界面;温度高于673K后,界面达到近冶金结合状态,粘结强度超过20.3Nmm-1,剥离断口几乎位于铝基体而非初始界面。钢层变形远小于铝层变形,界面两侧金属剪切流动导致的新表面接触及扩散行为是促使界面粘结的主要机制。
【Abstract】 The bond behaviors of stainless steel/Al/stainless steel laminated composites prepared with hot rolling were studied. The effect of temperature on the bonding strength and interface characteristics were studied by means of tearing test, OM, SEM and EDAX. The results show that the bonding strength obviously increases with increasing temperature in the range of 523 to 773K; the interface between Al and stainless steel belongs to mechanical mesh state below 523K, the bonding strength is lower than 7.8Nmm-1, the torn fracture is located at initial interface. The interface approximately reaches metallurgical bonding state above 673K, and the bonding strength surpasses 20.3Nmm-1, the torn fracture occurs in the Al matrix and not at the interface. The deformation of stainless steel is much less than that of Al. The intense shear flow and diffusion behavior of the contacting surface of Al and stainless steel are main mechanism resulting in Al bonding to stainless steel at high temperature.
