【摘要】 为了适应现代医学和护理科学的发展 ,培养合格的实践能力强的护理人才 ,提高护理队伍的素质 ,满足临床护理的需要 ,根据学校的实习教学大纲精神 ,结合本科的实际情况制定了实习教学目标。对 2 0 0 3年 7月～ 2 0 0 4年 3月在广州市第六人民医院内一科实习的共 5 0名中专护生进行了目标教学带教。结果显示 ,通过将近 8个月的临床实践及总结 ,从学生的出科综合考试成绩中可以体现出有目标计划的教学方式比以往传统的带教方式取得了更好的效果。说明有目标教学使实习目标细致明确 ,有利于培养护生学习的积极性和主动性 ;目标教学方式还改变了过去盲目带教的现象 ,为老师提供了更加详细具体更具可操作性的教学内容及目标 ,有利于发挥带教老师的指导作用 ,有利于提高带教的质量 ,更有利于培养合格的实践能力强的新型实用护理人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the sake of modern medical and nursing science development,to educate qualified nurses and exaltation the character of the nursing troops,and satisfy the demand of the clinical nursing,the practice teaching target is established according to the practice syllabus of the school and combined with the actual circumstance of the undergraduate course.There are totally 50 students proceeding target teaching practice during July 2003 to March 2004.The result showed that after nearly 8 months practice,synthesize to the examine from the student’s section score,the new teaching method of the target plan acquired better result then the traditional one.It concludes the target teaching method not only make the practice target more clear and definite,and benefit to educate students the positive living to study with the active,but also change the past blindness teach,and providing for the teachers more concrete contents to teach,and even benefit to educate practical nursing in ability and qualified fulfillment talented person.更多还原
