微波场协同提取紫背天葵色素的研究

【摘要】 研究了微波提取紫背天葵 (BegoniafimbristipulaHance)色素的新工艺 ,并确定了最佳工艺条件 :提取剂为 φ(C2 H5OH) =60 %的乙醇 ,提取剂与原料用量比为 1∶60 ,微波功率为 648W ,提取时间为 2 0 0s,提取次数为 2次。最佳工艺条件下的色素提取率为 96 8% ,产率为 9 98% ,色价E ( 1 % ,5 2 6nm)为 1 0 5 ,产品pH值为 6 5。与溶剂浸提法相比 ,微波法提取紫背天葵色素的每次提取时间由 2 4h减少到 2 0 0s,提取率从 95 9%增加到 96 8%。

【Abstract】 A new method of microwave extraction was used to extract the pigment from Begonia fimbristipula Hance.The extraction processes were investigated and the optimal conditions were determined as follows:the extracting solvent is 60% alcohol(volume percent),the ratio of raw material to extractant is 1∶60,microwave power is 648 W,extraction time is 200 s,extraction times is 2.Under the optimal conditions,extraction rate is 96.8%,productive rate is 9.98%,colority E(1%,526 nm)is 10.5 and pH value of the extractive is 6.5.Compared with solvent extraction,microwave extraction time from 24 h was reduced to 200 s and extraction rate increased was from 95.9%to 96.8%.
