火焰原子吸收法测定茶叶中的微量元素
Study on Determination of Five Trace Elements in Teas by Flame Atomization Method
【摘要】 使用同一消化液 ,溶解消化样品 ,以稀盐酸为底液 ,火焰原子吸收分光光度法对茶叶中Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb五种微量元素进行了测定。结果表明 ,标准曲线线性关系良好 (r >0 999)、精密度和准确度均较好 ,能够达到分析要求
【Abstract】 In dilute hydrochloric acid solutions,five trace elements content in each digested solution of teas,including manganese(Mn),iron(Fe),zinc(Zn),cupper(Cu)and lead(Pb)was analysed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results show that the linear correlations of standard curves are good(r>0.999)and the method has great precision and accuracy so that it is able to reach requirements for analysis.
