恶性组织细胞病微量元素的变化及意义

【摘要】 为研究恶性组织细胞病患者血清微量元素钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)水平的变化及其意义,用Synchron LX20临床生化分析仪检测了反应性组织细胞增多组及恶性组织细胞病(恶组)患者血清微量元素Ca、P、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu的含量。结果显示,恶组初发组血清Fe、Zn、Cu的含量高于反应性组织细胞增多组及正常对照组,反应性组织细胞增多组Ca、Fe低于恶组初发组及正常对照组。恶组好转/缓解期Fe、Zn水平恢复,而Cu较正常对照组仍高。可见微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu的监测,能反映恶组的恶性程度及病程,有利于协助早期诊断,尤其血清Fe的变化,对于鉴别反应性组织细胞增多,具有非常重要的临床意义及实用价值。

【Abstract】 To investigate the change and meaning of serum trace elemaents in patients with maligant histiocy-tosis, the content of Ca, P, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu in serum samples with reactive histiocytosis and malignanthistiocytosis was monitored respectively by using Synchron LX20 clinical biochemical anayzer. The resultsshowed that the levels of Fe, Zn, Cu of patients with malignant histiocytosis in incipient stage were highterthan those of patients with reactive histiocytosis and control, and the level of Ca, Fe of patients with reactivehistiocytosis were lower than others. The levels of Zn, Fe in improving and relieving stage with malignant his-tiocytosis decreased to normal, however the level of Cu was still higher than control. It concludes the monitor-ing of trace element of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu reflect the malignancy and progress of malignant histiocytosis and willhelp to diagnosis the disease in earlier period, furthermore the change of Fe level in serum is very importantand practical for diagnosising reactive histiocytosis.
