【Abstract】 The content of eight mineral elements of seventeen sorts of comestible fungus, two sorts of Jews ear(belong to edible fungus)and red ganoderma was determined by FAAS.The result shows that comestible fungus is high quality food, which containing plenty nutrition elements.
