【Abstract】 Cardiac markers are presently a hot topic of studying. They now have a major role for di-agnosis myocardial damage and acute myocardial infarction. It is important to search and screen a sensi-tive , specific and early markers of myocardial damage. The quick , accurate and sensitive assay methodolo-gy is still an important research in this field.
