【摘要】 目的:通过动物实验观察王氏保赤丸对肠易激综合征的治疗作用。方法:利用利血平和大黄分别造成小鼠脾虚模型,检测王氏保赤丸对小鼠体重下降和低温过程下死亡率的影响。结果:王氏保赤丸能增加脾虚小鼠的脾脏脏器系数,减轻小鼠体重降低的趋势,明显增强脾虚小鼠对低温的耐受性,提高低温条件下脾虚小鼠的存活率。利血平脾虚模型中,王氏保赤丸中剂量组死亡率(40％,n=15)较模型组(82.35％,n=17)有显著性降低(P<0.05),大黄脾虚模型中,中剂量组死亡率(9.09％,n=22)较模型组(54.55％,n=22)也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:王氏保赤丸对肠易激综合征具有治疗作用,尤其是健脾作用较为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of WANGSHIBAOCHI pill in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by appropriate animal experiments. Methods: To create the splenic asthenia model of mouse by injecting reserpine or irrigating rhubarb, then to detect the descent of mouse weight and mortality under the hypothermia condition after irrigating mice with solution of WANGSHIBAOCHIWAN pill. Results: WANGSHIBAOCHI pill could enhance the viscerocoefficient of mouse spleen, diminish the tendency of mouse weight descenting, reinforce the tolerance and enhance the survival rate of splenic asthenia mouse under hypothermia condition. After medication, the mortality of middle dosage group (40%, n=15) was significantly diminished compared with reserpine model group (82.35%, n=17) (P<0.05). The mortality of middle dosage group (9.09%, n=22) was also obviously diminished compared with another rhubarb model group (54.55%, n=22) (P<0.01). Conclusion: WANGSHIBAOCHI pill has therapeutic effect to IBS. It exerts the therapeutic effect mainly by fortifying the spleen.更多还原
