【摘要】依赖于DNA的RNA聚合酶Ⅲ (polⅢ )能催化 5SrRNA、tRNA、U6SnRNA等一些小的、稳定的RNA的合成。文章综述了依赖于DNA的RNA聚合酶Ⅲ的启动子和转录复合物 ,并介绍了RNA聚合酶Ⅲ的转录在基因表达和基因治疗 (核酶、反义核酸、RNA干扰技术等 )研究中的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 DNA-dependent RNA polymerase Ⅲ synthesizes a set of small stable RNAs, such as 5S rRNA, tRNA, and U 6SnRNA etc. In this article, we review the promoters and transcription complex which are dependent on RNA polymerase Ⅲ. The application of RNA polymerase Ⅲ-catalyzed transcription in gene therapy and gene expression by the ribozyme,antisense oligonucleotides and RNA interference is also discussed.更多还原
