【摘要】 支架植入术是解决经皮冠状动脉血管形成术(PTCA)后再狭窄的有效途径,但支架植入后 仍存在一定程度的再狭窄。本文详细阐述了临床上常用的316L不锈钢冠状动脉支架植入后再狭窄的机 理及其改性研究进展。

【Abstract】 Stent has greatly advanced the treatment of coronary disease in recent years, which was an effective way to prevent restenosis after PTCA, but the restenosis still existed. The underlying cause of restensis following stent introduction is thrombosis, abnormal hyperplasia and migration of SMC. In this paper, the development of 316L stainless steel which is widely applied in medical field is discussed in details, including the mechanism of restenosis and the surface modification.
