【Abstract】 Gene therapy must fond a kind of cell that can rebirth and express timelessly. Hematopoietic stem/pregenitor cells play an important role in hematopoietic system. They have potential to rebirth to expand and to differenciate forever. They could be cultured and expanded in vitro. So they are the good host cells for target gene.
