某低品位铅锌分离无氰工艺的研究

【摘要】 针对嵌布关系复杂、各矿物可浮性接近 ,铁闪锌矿难活化 ,矿物间干扰大 ;同时氰化物用量大 ,环境污染严重的状况 ,研究了无氰条件下采用等可浮流程工艺措施 ,成功解决了铅锌分离难题。实验表明 ,与选厂相比铅粗、锌粗品位分别提高了 2 0 %、 1 0 5 % ;回收率分别提高了 3 1 2 %、2 1 3%。

【Abstract】 Point to the complex disserination and sight difference of ore floatability,marmatite being hard to activate,also intense interaction among minerals;meanwhile using cyanidation exessively and polluting environment gravely.Iso-floatability flowsheet process was studyed under the condition of cyanide-free and the problem of separation on pb-zn was resolved sucessfully.The experiment indicated:the grade of crude lead and zinc was increased 2\^0 precent,1\^05 precent respectively;the recovery was also increased 3\^12 precent,2\^13precent respectively.
