【摘要】 本文介绍了一种对复杂数字电路故障进行智能诊断的新方法。该法融合了模糊诊断和故障反向跟踪隔离两种算法的优点 ,前者可根据概率的大小实现电路故障的快速粗定位 ,而后者则可将故障准确定位到电路节点上。实验表明 ,基于该方法开发的故障诊断系统具有较高的智能性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a novel intelligent method for diagnosis of malfunction in complex digital circuit is presented. It combines the advantage of vague diagnosis technique and malfunction inversely tracing and separating technique. The former is used for rapidly rough locating of malfunction according to probability calculating, and the latter is used for its precisely locating. Experiments show that this approach has great intelligence and practicability.更多还原
