【摘要】 本文对巴黎地区发展条件、历史沿革进行了系统的总结归纳,对不同时期巴黎地区区域规划的时代背景、目标思路、主要内容、政策措施与成效得失进行了分析阐述。笔者认为,以1965年为分界线,巴黎地区规划视点实现了从市区向包括市郊的区域扩展,实现了从遏制城市膨胀向引导城市空间合理布局的方向转变,实现了解决交通、住房等单要素问题向社会、经济、文化、自然等多要素协调发展的方向转变。通过对具体数据资料的分析,笔者认为,巴黎地区规划总体上是成功的,但也存在着如何进一步调动社会力量加快巴黎地区规划方案实施的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper summarizes the developmentcondition and historical reforms of Paris region andanalyses the historical background, the goals, thecontents, the measures taken by government and theexperiences and lessons of the plan of Paris region inthe different historical stages. The idea of the planexperienced a great change in 1965 with the guidancefrom restraining to rational development. Generally,the plans of Paris region are proved to be successful.They not only realized the rational layout of the wholeParis region through controlling the over-expansionof central Paris, but also solved many problemsplaguing the city through the change from thinkingthe single factors, such as the heavy transportation,housing problem to the overall thinking, including thecoordinated development of society, economy, cultureand nature.
