【摘要】 长江三角洲是我国经济最发达的地区之一,但随着经济的高速发展,耕地资源锐减,人地矛盾愈加突出,制约了经济的发展;分析了该区耕地资源的现状,提出了可持续利用对策,包括做好土地利用规划,加大土地执法力度;改造中低产田,合理开发利用土地后备资源;进一步调整农业产业结构,改善土地生态环境;加快城镇化建设步伐,提高土地利用效率;加强土地整理工作,保持耕地总量的动态平衡等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most developed area in China and it takes an important economic position,but with the rapid growth of economic, its land resources especially the cultivated land resources have decreased sharply. The problem between more people and less land resources becomes more and more serious,which restricts the economic development.This paper analyzed the present situation of the cultivated land of this area and some countermeasures for attaining to sustainable use of cultivated land resources are also suggested.The countermeasures include to complete the land utilization plan and strengthen the law enforcement dynamics of land, to transform the middle-and-low-yielding fields and reasonably develop the reserved land resources,to adjust the agricultural industrial structure further and improve the ecological environment of land,to accelerate the construction pace in urbanization and enhance the land utilization efficiency,to strengthenthe land arrangements work and keep the dynamic equilibrium of the total amount of cultivated land and so on.更多还原
