方坯连铸结晶器浸入式水口结构类型的研究
STUDY ON STRUCTURE TYPE OF SUBMERGED NOZZLE FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING BILLET MOLD
【摘要】 应用流场计算软件PHOENICS及水力模型,模拟了方坯连铸结晶器内钢液的流场和流动分布。在此基础上模拟计算了几种不同形式的水口对流动形态的影响,并用水力模型试验进行了验证。通过数值模拟,为优化结晶器内钢液的流场以及浸入式水口的设计提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 Using flow field software PHOENICS and water model, this paper describes the flow field of molten steel in continuous casting billet mold. On the basis of flow field simulation, the effect of different types of nozzle structure on the flow patterns are calculated and examined with water model experiments. By means of this model, scientific basis for optimizing the flow field of molten steel in the mold and the design of submerged nozzle is established.
