用V-N合金代替V-Fe生产HBR400的工艺实践与探讨
PROCESS PRACTICE AND DISCUSSION OF PRODUCING HBR400 USING V-N ALLOY TO REPLACE V-Fe
【摘要】 介绍用用V -N合金代替V -Fe生产HBR4 0 0的工艺实践。研究表明 ,采用用V -N合金进行微合金化 ,在保证相同的力学性能条件下可降低 [V]含量 ,从而降低成本。此外还得出了HBR4 0 0钢的力学性能与成分的关系式
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the process of producing HBR400 by V-N alloy to replace V-Fe.Practice and research showed that a lower content brought by V-N alloy can gain the same mechanical properties as compared with the process o fusing V-Fe alloy.Therefore,this process can reduce the production cost.In addition,the relationship between the mechanical properties of HBR400 and its chemical compositions were observed.
