基于GPIB的光电器件自动测控系统的设计
Design of automatic measurement system for optical devices on GPIB
【摘要】 文章阐述了密集波分复用(DWDM)信道光谱特性的自动测试系统的设计.主要分析了测试系统的构建以及控制软件的设计,通过实验结果对DWDM器件的性能也做了一定分析.文中还介绍了目前比较流行的通用接口总线(GPIB)接口的特性,并介绍了GPIB卡的使用方法.
【Abstract】 In this article, the design of automatic measurement system for the spectrum of the channel of DWDM is demonstrated. The structure of the system and the design of its control software are analyzed. And the property of DWDM is analyzed on the base of the experiment result. The properties of GPIB interface and the method of use of GPIB card are also introduced. There is comparison between IEEE488.2 and IEEE488, it makes the code more easy to understand.
