纳米TiO2/POE/PP复合材料性能研究

【摘要】 采用熔融共混挤出制得纳米TiO2/POE/PP复合材料,考察了纳米TiO2和POE对其流变性能和力学性能的影响,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明,纳米TiO2对复合材料的冲击强度有一定的提高,当添加量为4%时其冲击强度增加最大;当超过这个添加量时,由于纳米粒子团聚,冲击强度出现了下降的趋势。弹性体POE的加入改善了复合体系的韧性,而且对其拉伸强度的影响不是很大。

【Abstract】 Nano-TiO2/POE/PP composites were prepared via melt-blending process. The effects of nano-TiO2 and POE on the rheological and mechanical properties were studied with rheometer, tensile tester and impact tester. And the affecting mechanism was studied. The results show that nano-TiO2 improves the impact property obviously. Adding 4% nano-TiO2 particles into composites can increase the impact strength strikingly, but over 4%, the impact strength will decrease due to particles gathering. Adding POE elastomer can improve the toughness of composite and the tensile strength only decrease slightly.
