【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of stem and leaf of Assam Crotalaria was explored so as to provide references for further development of its clinical application and food therapy.Routine test of LD 50 were conducted. LD 50 =258.8±12.73g/kg (mouse,ig); LD 50 =39.90±2.07g/kg(mouse,ip).[Conclusion]According to the standard of grading acute toxicity, the stem and leaf of Assam Crotalaria belongs to the nontoxicant class.更多还原
