掺木钙-碳酸氢钠的粉煤灰水泥水化放热的研究
Study on the Hydration Heat Evolved Rate of Fly Ash Cement Containing Calcium Lignosulphonate-Sodium Bicarbonate
【摘要】 通过水化热,SEM,DTA等测试方法研究了木质素磺酸钙(CL)-碳酸氢钠(SB)复合外加刺对粉煤灰水泥 水化放热的影响及机理。实验表明并非所有的掺木质素磺酸盐-碱金属碳酸盐复合外加剂的水泥水化放热曲线都出 现双诱导期,双诱导期的出现与外加剂的掺量有关。
【Abstract】 Influence of calcium lignosulphonate(CL)-sodium bicarbonate (SB) on the hydration heat evolved rate of fly ash cement and its mechanism are investigated by the measurement of hydration heat evolved rate,SEM,DTA etc. The result shows that not all the fly ash cement containing both lignosulphonate and alkali carbonate has a curve of hydration heat evolved rate with double inducement periods. The emergence of double inducement periods is related to the adding amount of CL-SB.
