层状复合陶瓷材料制备工艺与性能关系
Relationship between Processing and Mechanical Property of Al2O3/ZrO2 Laminated Ceramics
【摘要】 通过对Al2O3/ZrO2层状复合陶瓷制备工艺与性能关系的研究,表明配合料的均匀性及流动性对制品的最后性能起关键作用。本实验条件下最佳烧结工艺为:1650℃×2h,升温速率1-2℃/min。该层状陶瓷的抗弯强度随相对密度的提高而提高,硬度和断裂韧性与相对密度关系不大。层状陶瓷较单层陶瓷具有较高的硬度、断裂韧性和强度。
【Abstract】 Via the study between the processing and mechanical properties of Al2O3/ZrO2 laminated ceramics,the uniformity mixing of raw materials and producing grains are the key effect on the mechanical properties. The best sinter processing is: 1650℃×2h,heating rate 1~2℃/min. The bending strength increased with the relatively density increased,but hardness and toughness had a little relationship with it. The Al2O3/ZrO2 laminated ceramics has higher hardness,fracture toughness and bending strength comparing than the monolithic ceramics.
