尿素水解法制备（1-x）SnO2·xSb2O3导电颜料的研究
Study on Preparation of （1- x ）SnO2· x Sb2O3 Conductive Pigment by Urea Hydrolysis Method
【摘要】 以尿素为沉淀剂 ,利用均匀沉淀法制备 (1-x)SnO2 ·xSb2 O3 导电颜料 (以下简称ATO) ;探讨了导电机理 ,对不同制备方法进行了对比 ;研究了主要工艺参数及煅烧温度对颜料导电性能影响
【Abstract】 x )SnO 2· x Sb 2O 3 conductive pigment was prepared by homogenous precipitation method using urea as precipitant.The conductive mechanism was discussed and different preparation methods were contrasted in this paper.The effects of main technological parameter and temperature of calcination on conductive properties of pigment were studied.
