【摘要】 自1979年以来,我国商品遭到的反倾销调查案已达500多件。加入世贸组织之后,由于成员国间关税的降低和贸易壁垒的减少,一些国家更加倾向于利用反倾销来推行贸易保护政策,中国面临着新一轮的反倾销调查热潮。为应对这一严峻局面,我国企业应加紧建立多位一体的反倾销体系,整合政府、行业协会、进口商等多方面的力量,有效地保护国内产业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1979,commodities witch made in China have suffered more than 500 anti-dumping investigation cases.After entering the WTO,with the customs tariff and trade barrier decreasing,some countries tend to apply anti-dumping case as trade-protecting measure.
