扬州血卟啉衍生物(YHPD)抗癌的分子机理的Raman光谱研究
Raman Spactroscopyic Study of Anticancer Molecule Mechanisms of Yangzhou Hematoporphyrin Derivtive(YHPD)
【摘要】 为探讨卟啉类光敏药物抗癌的分子机理,我们用拉曼光谱研究和比较了YHPD和PhotofrinⅡ对DNA空间结构的微观光敏损伤,又研究了YHPD对蛋白质空间结构的微观光敏损伤。随着研究的深入,我们还从分子水平研究了YHPD和PhotofrinⅡ的3个主要活性组分:HP,PP和DHE对DNA和蛋白质的光敏杀伤特征,以便了解它们在上述光敏药物抗癌中扮演的角色。
【Abstract】 In these works, using laser Raman spectroscopy, photodamage of the space structure of calf thymus DNA sensitized by YHPD and Photofrin Ⅱ was studied and compared. And that of the protein sensitized by YHPD was also researched. Then,characteristics of photosensitive killing on main and active componentes (PP, HP and DHE)* of porphyrin’s drugs-YHPD and Photofrin Ⅱ to DNA and protein were studied at the molecular level for understanding the anticancer mechanisms of YHPD and what roles three components play.
