双硫腙在银溶胶中的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)研究
SERS Study on the Interaction of Dithizone with Silver Substrates
【摘要】 利用SERS技术能显著提高拉曼信号的优点,以银溶胶为基底,研究了双硫腙与溶胶中银的相互作用方式。首先我们通过双硫腙氯仿溶液的紫外光谱研究,认为在氯仿溶液中双硫腙在较低的浓度下(<10-5mol/L)是以单体的形式存在。通过对双硫腙单体在银溶胶中的表面增强拉曼光谱的研究,我们认为双硫腙是通过S,N与银基底作用,并且在很低的浓度下(10-7mol/L)有很好的拉曼信号。
【Abstract】 From the UV-vis spectra of dithizone, we learn that dithizone is affected by concentration dependencies and solvatochromism that move UV-vis spectra of dithizone to lower wavelength. Dithizone is believed a free molecular below 10-5mol/L. SERS, a Raman spectrum whose intensity exceeds by a factor of 104-106 than its normal spectrum is observed, is a good means to detect Dithizone. Using silver colloids as substrates, We investigate the interaction of dithizone with silver substrates and give our own explain: we learn that dithizone bonds silver through S and N.
