贵金属粗糙表面C60和C70薄膜SERS研究

【摘要】 以金刚石研磨法和硝酸腐蚀法制备了贵金属金、银、铜粗糙表面,研究了光滑金属表面C60/C70薄膜的拉曼谱和粗糙金属表面C60/C70薄膜的SERS谱,发现两种方法得到的,以及不同金属的粗糙表面,具有不同的SERS活性。通过与金胶体系结果的对比,对粗糙金属表面C60/C70薄膜的吸附特点与SERS谱的成因做了分析。

【Abstract】 Rough surfaces of noble metals gold, silver and copper were obtained through diamond mulling and nitric acid eroding methods. SERS spectra of 60 and 70 fullerenes thin films coating on these surfaces were studied. Different SERS effective between the two methods as well as among the three noble metals were found. Spectroscopic information analysis indicated that C60 and C70 in such SERS system behaving different adsorption mode with that in fullerene-Au colloid system.
