拉曼散射技术在光合作用研究中的应用
Photosynthetic Applications of Raman Spectroscopy
【摘要】 本文阐述拉曼光谱技术在光合系统各个研究领域中的应用。包括以下几个方面:(1)估测二氢叶酚型电子载体的分子结构;(2)测定与蛋白相结合的类胡萝卜素分子的构象;(3)强光破坏前后PdOECC的SERS光谱的研究。研究结果表明拉曼光谱是研究光合作用体系结构的有力工具。
【Abstract】 The photosynthetic systems studies were reviewed and a series of examples and our researches are given by means of the Raman scattering techniques, which is a powerful characterization techniques concerning molecular vibrations and dynamical properties of the photosynthetic systems. The research results are included as following (1) assessing the molecular structure of a chlorin-type electron carrier;(2)precisely determining the configuration of a protein-bound carotenoid molecule;(3) the SERS of Pd OECC after strong illumination.
