【摘要】 西南岩溶山区普遍开展了雨水集蓄与利用,有效地解决了该地区人畜饮水和灌溉用水,但是也存在很多问题,如选址布局不合理、设计施工不严格、管理养护不当、雨水利用效率低等,造成了水柜不能收集到足够的雨水(或出现裂缝)、雨水对人体健康产生危害、雨水资源浪费严重等问题,对此进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rainwater accumulation and utilization has been widely developed in the southwestern karst mountain area,which is an effective way to provide potable water for people and livestock and irrigation water.However,there are still some problems,such as unreasonable layout in site selection,no severe requirement for design and construction,improper management and maintenance,and low utilization of rainwater.All of these have resulted in insufficient rainwater being accumulated in water cistern or (ap-)pearance of fissure in cisterns,health hazard on people,and serious wastage of rainwater.The relative strategy was proposed after making analysis on these problems.更多还原
