用PCR技术检测水中隐孢子虫
Detection of Cryptosporidium Oocysts in Water by Using PCR Technology
【摘要】 介绍了一种检测水中隐孢子虫的巢式PCR方法:根据Cryptosporidiumparvum18srRNA基因序列选用了两对引物,特异性扩增了该基因可变区中1056bp和435bp目标片段。加标试验表明,该方法的检测限为10个卵囊。
【Abstract】 A nested PCR assay for detecting Cryptosporidium oocysts in water samples was introduced.Two pairs of oligonucleotide primers were used to amplify a portion of the sequence encoding the 18s rRNA of Cryptosporidium parvum producing 1056bp and 435bp products.The spiking test shows that the detection limit of this method is 10 oocysts.
