【Abstract】 The experiences with BOT approach exercised in Zigong City Wastewater Treatment Plant were summarized,and the policies,laws and regulations,idea,and obstacles to management were analyzed in the course of industrialization of urban wastewater treatment industry.It was concluded that the systems of policy and law,and finance should be established and perfected for the development of industrialization.更多还原
