【摘要】 为了提高火鹤试管苗生根率,研究了3种生长素对火鹤不定芽生根的影响。结果表明,3种生长素均能提高火鹤不定芽生根率,IAA在0.2～1.0 mg/L,IBA在0.2～1.0 mg/L,NAA在0.1～0.4 mg/L的范围内,不定芽生根率随IAA浓度增大而增大。3种生长素促进生根的效应依次为IAA、IBA、NAA,IAA、IBA、NAA利于生根的适宜浓度分别为1.0 mg/L,1.0 mg/L、0.4 mg/L,生根率分别为91 %,70 %,63 %。1/2 MS+IAA1.0 mg/L是火鹤生根的适宜培养基。此外,生长素还影响根的向性,高浓度生长素利于气生根发生,随生长素浓度增大,气生根占总根数的比率增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of auxins on root regeneration from adventitious bud of Antharium scherzerium was studied. The results showed that, within the concentration range of 0.2～1.0 mg/L for IAA, 0.2～1.0 mg/L for IBA, 0.1～0.4 mg/L for NAA, the root regeneration rate increased with the concentration. The positive effect of the three auxins on root regeneration抯 sequence was IAA, IBA, NAA, the optimal concentration of IAA was 1.0 mg/L, IBA were 1.0 mg/L, NAA was 0.4 mg/L, and the highest root regeneration rate were 91 %, 70 %, 63 % respectively. 1/2 MS+ IAA 1.0 mg/L medium was the optimal medium for root regeneration. Besides, auxins influnced the aerial root regeneration, with the concentration increased, the ration of aerial root on total numbers also increased.更多还原
