观赏百合根腐病病原鉴定及药剂筛选

【摘要】 从百合典型根腐病症状组织中分离到了4种镰刀菌。经过对其病原菌形态、培养性状和致病性等方面的研究表明:尖孢镰刀菌(F. oxysporum)和茄病镰刀菌(F. solani)是引起观赏百合根腐病的主要致病菌,其分离频率分别为73.33 % 和16.67 %;其它两种镰刀菌F3、F4没有致病性。药剂筛选结果表明:供试药剂中50 % 多菌灵可湿性粉剂、70 % 甲基托布津可湿性粉剂、30 % 抗枯宁、多菌灵与甲基托布津复配剂(1 : 1)、多菌灵与代森锰锌复配剂(1 : 3)和甲基托布津与代森锰锌复配剂(1 : 3)6种药剂对百合根腐病的防治效果最好。

【Abstract】 Four species of the genus Fusarium were obtained from typical root rot symptom of ornamental lily(Lilium sp.). Two species of Fusarium,i.e. F. oxysporum and F. solani, were identified as the main pathogens causing root rot of ornamental lily according to their morphology, cultural characteristics and pathogenicity,and their isolation frequency were 73.33 % and 16.67%,respectively. The other species were not virulent. The results of chemical screening showed that the six fungicides, followed as carbendaiz (50 % WP), thiophanate-methyl (70 % WP), carbendazin and mancazeb (1 : 3), carbendazin and thiophanate-methyl (1 : 1), thiophanate-methyl and mancazeb (1 : 3), Kangkuning, were most effective to control root rot of lily.
