丽格海棠的离体快繁研究
Studies on the High Frequency Propagation in Vitro of Begonia rieger
【摘要】 组培快繁技术研究结果表明:适宜丽格海棠叶片诱导芽分化的培养基为MS+6 BA0 50mg/L+NAA1 00mg/L;适宜丛生芽继代增殖的培养基为MS+6 BA0 25mg/L+NAA1 00mg/L;适宜丽格海棠试管苗生根的培养基为1/2MS,其生根率为100%。
【Abstract】 The results of study on the rapid propagation in vitro of Begonia rieger suggested that the appropriate culture media for inducing bud differentiation from leaves was MS+6-BA0.50 mg/L+NAA1.00 mg/L; the subculture media for fascicular bud proliferation was MS+6-BA0.25 mg/L+NAA1.00 mg/L;the rootage media was 1/2MS and its rootage rate was 100%.
