换热机组供水温度的广义预测控制
Model-based Generalized Predictive Control of WaterSupply Temperature for Heat-exchange Unit
【摘要】 针对热工过程对象具有大惯性、大时滞、时变和非线性等动态特性,建立了热力站换热机组的CARIMA模型和基于该模型的供水温度广义预测控制系统.利用Matlab对该控制系统进行了仿真,并与PID控制进行了比较,证明了广义预测控制(GPC)可以应用于热工过程控制中,并能取得良好的控制品质和鲁棒性.
【Abstract】 Aimed at the dynamic characteristics of large inertia, large pure delay, time-varying, nonlinear and others of the thermal processing plant, a dynamic mathematical model of the heat-exchange unit in the thermal station and the water supply temperature of the model-based generalized predictive control system are developed. Software Matlab is used to perform the simulation investigation of this control system. Compared with the PID control, the simulation powerfully proves that generalized predictive control can be applied to thermal processing control and get good control quality.
