裂解和反相色谱法对淀粉丙烯酰胺接枝物的研究
Study on Graft Copolymerization of Acrylamide on Potato Starch by PyGC and IGC
【摘要】 利用裂解色谱和反相色谱对淀粉丙烯酰胺接枝物进行研究,从裂解谱图上可得到淀粉和丙烯酰胺的特征裂解碎片峰,从峰面积可计算出淀粉和丙烯酰胺的相对比例,确定淀粉在接枝物中的分布,还可得到峰面积和接枝率的关系.由反相色谱可测定接枝物的玻璃化温度,并与用热机械曲线法测得的结果有较好的一致性.
【Abstract】 This paper shows the results on the pyrolysis of graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto potato starch by PyGC and InGC. On PyGC fragments of starch and acrylanmide have been found. The relationship of the peak area and graft rate is obtained and the distribution of starch in the graft copolymer is also obvious.
