嫁接、环剥对铁在果树体内分配的影响

【摘要】 嫁接方法、环剥对铁在果树体内的分配有影响。59Fe试验结果表明,室内营养液培养的2年生长富2/八棱海棠腹接、劈接和切接叶中59Fe的分配比例分别为4.10%、1.06%、1.21%,腹接的品种叶中铁含量显著高于劈接和切接,环剥明显影响铁在叶中的含量,室内营养液培养的八棱海棠苗在环剥、环割和不处理对照叶中59Fe的分配比例分别为8.1%、17.2%、31.7%,各处理间差异均达显著水平。

【Abstract】 The effect of grafting and ringing on the transportation and distribution of iron in fruit trees was studied. The tested result with 59Fe demonstrated that the iron content in leaves by belly grafting was higher than that by cleft grafting and cutting grafting. The ratios of 59Fe distributed in Fuji 2 (with base rootstock of Malus micromalus) grafted by belly, cleft and cutting were 4.10%,1.06% and 1.21% respectively. It was significantly higher in belly grafting trees. Ringing reduced the content of iron in leaves. The ratios of 59Fe in leaves of M. micromalus seedlings by ringing, scoring and untreated control was 8.1%, 17.2% and 31.7%. The difference in the treatments was significant.
