1-MCP对嘎拉苹果呼吸、乙烯产生及贮藏品质的影响
Effects of 1-MCP on Respiration,Ethylene Production and Fruit Quality of Gala Apples
【摘要】 以嘎啦苹果为试材,研究了0℃贮藏期间贮藏30、60、90、120d后转入货架期间1-MCP(1-甲基环丙烯)对果实呼吸速率、乙烯产生速率、硬度、可滴定酸含量及可溶性固形物含量的影响。结果表明,在0℃贮藏条件下,与对照相比,500nL/L浓度的1-MCP可以显著抑制贮藏期间果实呼吸速率和乙烯产生速率,延缓果实硬度和可滴定酸含量的下降,但对可溶性固形物含量无影响;货架期间1-MCP对果实呼吸速率和乙烯产生速率同样有显著的抑制作用,也延缓果实硬度和可滴定酸含量的下降,而对可溶性固形物含量无影响。这些结果表明1-MCP在嘎拉苹果贮藏中具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The effec ts of1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)on the respiration,ethylene production,fle sh firmness,titrat-able acids and total soluble solids of Gala apples were stu died at an internal30-days during the storage at0℃and within the subsequent 7-day shelf life at room temperature.The results showed that the500nL/L 1-MCP significantly inhibited the respiration and ethylene(C 2 H 4 )production,slowed down the decrease in the flesh firmness and titratable acids of Gala apples during the storage,but did not affect the total solub le solids.Within the7-day shelf life at room temperature,the effects of 1-MCP on Gala apples were similar.These results implied that there is a great potential to use1-MCP in apple storage.
